When it comes to safety, Esposito Bros emphasizes communication, responsibility, accountability, safety procedures, training, and education. We empower every employee with the responsibility of maintaining safe worksites. Additionally, Esposito Bros continually strives to improve the quality of existing safety programs, like job hazard analyses, documentation of risk assessments, and subcontractor safety orientation and control.

If you don’t take adequate health and safety precautions, you put yourself, your employees, and the public at risk. We as a company must ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, that persons, as well as themselves and their employees, aren’t exposed to health and safety risks.
OUR EMPLOYEES
We take safety very seriously at Esposito Bros and have mandated that our employees not only wear all safety equipment required, but as a company to provide that safety equipment and exceed government standards if possible. It’s not up to our employees to go looking for safety equipment, that is our job.
OUR EQUIPMENT
Esposito Bros has rigorous procedures in place to ensure our equipment is in the best possible condition it can be in which is why we believe no part is too small to replace and we treat all parts with the same respect and attention that major parts receive. Every piece of equipment is not online inspected by the operator but by our mechanics on a daily basis.

Before work every day, our crew gather to go through the daily tasks and safety procedures
STRETCH AND FLEX
We encourage our employees to participate in a program to help avoid on-the-job injuries through a series of stretching exercises performed prior to starting work
SAFETY WEEK
Esposito Bros participates in “safety week” an industry-wide safety initiative to raise safety awareness
DON’T WALK BY
A program that gives all employees the authority to stop any unsafe procedures and encourages them to take responsibility for keeping each other safe
SAFETY TRAINING
Esposito Bros requires every employee to participate in safety training that is performed throughout the year and a company-wide orientation program.
PPE USE
A mandatory PPE policy applies to any person on an Esposito Bros work site and was implemented in response to growing industry awareness of construction accidents that we never want to experience
