Esposito Bros. Construction Ltd. (EBC)  is a construction company based in Bolton, Ontario that started as a concrete curb and sidewalk contractor in 1981 and then after a few years, began working as a general contractor in the heavy civil and road building industry. EBC has successfully managed and completed numerous contracts which have included: Reconstruction of major arterial roadways, Large structural culvert installations, Mass excavations, Installation of kilometres of sewer and water main, Rehabilitation and replacement of numerous bridges and other structures, Site works for new building construction, Fabrication and installation of concrete noise barrier walls and retaining walls. 

EBC’s strength as an organization can be found in its people. EBC has developed and retained a highly capable team of individuals and has created a strong team culture within our organization that is the envy of the construction industry. Our dedicated workforce consists of a general manager, operations manager, controller, equipment manager, estimator, project manager, project coordinators, quality control technicians, foremen, grade-men, skilled labourers, heavy equipment operators and heavy equipment mechanics. The abilities of our experienced team allow us to safely and successfully execute complex projects that possess both challenging operational constraints, tight timelines and multiple diverse operations throughout the project.

EBC has a fleet of well-maintained equipment at its disposal as well as a shop capable of major repairs of the fleet. EBC has two fully equipped mobile mechanic service trucks for on-site equipment repairs and maintenance to keep equipment operational and projects on schedule.

While EBC’s core business is heavy civil work, as a general contractor we have built strong relationships with a number of key subcontractors and our capabilities are expanded through these relationships. Some examples of these additional capabilities are engineering and design, concrete and structural construction, hot mix paving, drilling and deep foundations, landscaping, electrical and pre-casting concrete elements. Maintaining good relations with a diverse group of subcontractors allows us to provide a complete service to the owners we work for.

EBC currently operates with more than 50 core working professionals and highly skilled employees that have experience ranging up to 30 years in civil infrastructure. This allows EBC to work on a variety of projects ranging from any size at any one time.

Over the past 40 years, EBC has experienced active growth throughout the industry. We are active members of the many industry organizations and are an active open shop company who prides themselves on the safe environment we produce and the high-quality solutions we implement for our clients.

EBC owns and maintains its own fleet of construction vehicles and equipment.
